Inter-Tel CS5000 range expands with Version 2

Inter-tel are now offering the CS5600 in addition to the CS5200 and 5400. This increases capacity on the IP phones to 250 handsets. In addition 96 Digital Phones can be added giving an amazing capacity of 350 extensions in 4u of rackspace. Version 2 also gives the benefit of voicemail to email integration on the basic voicemail option.

Oak announce version 2.4 Smart Server products.

Oak Telecom have now released the version 2.4 SmartServer which now benefits from an enhanced setup wizard. On installation the wizard requests relevant information from the engineer and automatically retrieves relevant licenses from the internet to get the server talking to the telephone system as quickly as possible. Ones and Zeros gain CTP qualification

Telecoms technology is progressing rapidly. In particular the era of the converged network is upon us with businesses using their data LAN and WAN to carry voice and video traffic. At Ones and Zeros we recognize the need to ensure all engineers have a full understanding of these rapidly progressing technologies.

During May our chief engineer, John Rogers, successfully underwent the CTP examination. CTP stands for Convergence Technology Professional and is an industry standard for engineers working in this new field.

Inter-tel Announce Version 9 of Access Telephone System.

Inter-Tel is pleased to announce the latest release of the award-winning Axxess communications platform and with it some significant enhancements. These enhancements benefit both the end-user and our reseller partners. The most significant enhancements include:

Inter-tel Sip phones now available

We have recently been fitting our Inter-tel customers with the new SIP phones which were launched earlier in the year and are pleased to report that these VoIP phones offer great voice quality an ease of use for remote sites and home workers and at a considerably reduced price from previous inter-tel offerings, reflecting the amount of units now being deployed.

Ones and Zeros to offer Adaptive CTI training Courses.

New Media Software, Adaptive CTI developers have asked Ones and Zeros to provide training courses to dealers of their software. Courses are planned for Inter-tel dealers in June and July focusing on Adaptive CTI in the Inter-tel Axxess environment. Extra dates for Inter-tel dealers are soon to be announced.
